The public participation in education have changed greatly with time. Earlier when I was in school, I remember my parents used to get all the notices through a diary system where we used to write notice on the diaries and then that was signed by the teachers and then we had to go back to our parents and take their signatures that ensured they have received the information. Now in my community everything has become online especially after the pandemic. Whether, it is about submitting fees, or enquiring about something, everything is online today.
